With all the back-and-forth litigation surrounding mail-in voting, those of us who opted for permanent voting by mail might be wondering if we’ll be getting a ballot by mail. And rightly so. Here’s where we stand right now:

In a typically boot-licking decision from our Trump toadies in the highest judicial body in the United States, the Supreme Court has neither approved nor disapproved of Trump’s executive order placing deep restrictions on mail-in voting. Instead of issuing a clear ruling on the constitutionality of the order, our cowardly judges simply said in effect, “no damage has been done YET. No damage, no problem.”

This election is far too important to leave anything to chance! Those of us who believe in democracy and want it to live on in our country must find our voices and let them be heard loud and clear. In other words, we must vote – and our votes must be counted.
